My work is grounded in both practice and research: I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership—a journey that demanded perseverance and taught me resilience like no other.
My research revealed something powerful: leaders shape their teams not only by what they intend, but also by what they unintentionally signal. Communication, relationships, and a culture of professional freedom consistently emerged as the greatest drivers of influence. Yet, I found a common gap between what leaders know and what they actually do—a disconnect I’ve witnessed firsthand as both leader and follower.
That insight fuels my passion: helping organizations close the gap between intention and action. With a background in executive leadership, education, ministry, and workforce development, I bring a people-first approach to solving problems and driving growth.
